LOAN FINANCING & GUARANTEE
T&F offers a wide range of loan facilities at competitive interest rates in local and foreign currencies tailored to meet our clients’ needs. Short to medium-term loans up to a maximum term of five years are offered by way of:

• Personal loans to individuals
• Corporate financing by way of commercial loans, working capital loans, interim financing, project financing and syndicated loans.

 

As an approved financial intermediary, MF&G Trust & Finance also assist clients to access loans at concessionary rates offered through the various development banks such as the Development Bank of Jamaica and the National Export-Import Bank of Jamaica.

Guarantees
We can provide Guarantees for our clients in most areas of business in Jamaica, where the bond of a licensed financial institution is required. These include:

• Letters of Undertaking and Bank Guarantees
• Tender, Mobilization and Performance Bonds
